Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any treatment. By securing your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking, Payment & Treatment Costs

  • A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your main appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

  • The booking fee is only refundable in the event of an adverse reaction to your patch test that prevents the treatment from going ahead. Proof of the reaction will be required for the refund to be processed.

  • The remaining balance for your treatment is payable on the day of your main appointment.

  • Your follow-up appointment (6–12 weeks later) is included at no additional cost.

  • If you choose not to attend your follow-up session, no partial refunds will be given.

  • Follow-ups must be scheduled within 6–12 weeks. Appointments outside of this timeframe will incur an additional charge.

  • In cases where I am unable to offer your follow-up appointment within the required timeframe due to illness, clinic closure, or other unavoidable circumstances, a reasonable extension will be granted at no extra cost.

  • Only one follow-up is included in your treatment package. If further sessions are needed to refine the results, additional charges will apply based on the work required.

  • All treatment bookings, including gift vouchers, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Your booking fee will then be transferred to your new appointment.

  • Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new fee will be required to rebook.

  • Cancelling your free follow-up with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a £50 fee to rebook.

  • If I ever need to cancel your appointment (only in exceptional circumstances), your booking fee will be carried over to a new date.

  • No-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee. I may also request full payment upfront for any future appointments.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure I have enough time to complete your procedure safely and without rushing, as well as to respect the time of the next client. In this case, your booking fee will be lost, and a new fee will be required to reschedule.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment (and retain the booking fee) if:

    • You behave in an abusive or threatening manner

    • You show excessive uncertainty about proceeding

    • You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Treatment & Aftercare

  • Reactions are rare, but if one occurs despite a clear patch test, I cannot be held liable.

  • All tools and treatment areas are sterilised and kept to the highest hygiene standards. However, once you leave the clinic, I cannot control external factors, and I am not liable for complications like infection that may arise afterward.

  • It’s normal for minor differences to occur between the initial and follow-up appointments (such as one brow appearing lighter). Your follow-up is an essential part of the process to perfect the final result.

  • While I use the highest level of skill and precision, results can vary from person to person depending on:

    • Skin type

    • Age

    • Lifestyle

    • Genetics

    • Medication

    • Aftercare

  • These same factors also impact how long your treatment lasts. Any timeframes provided for colour boosts or longevity are estimates based on average client experience.

  • Following pre-treatment and aftercare advice is crucial for optimal results. This advice will be provided verbally and in writing. Failing to follow it may result in an unsatisfactory outcome, and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be necessary.

Contraindications

  • During your consultation, you’ll be asked to disclose any medical conditions or medications that could affect your suitability for treatment. A consent form confirming this information will be completed at your appointment.

  • I am not liable for complications that arise if you fail to disclose relevant medical details.

  • I do not treat clients who are:

    • Under 18

    • Pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Conditions that may prevent treatment include (but are not limited to):

    • Skin conditions in the treatment area (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, rashes)

    • Blood disorders (e.g. haemophilia, HIV, Hepatitis)

    • Poor healing or immune disorders

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Conditions that require discussion or written medical consent may include:

    • Cancer and cancer treatments

    • Diabetes

    • Recent surgeries

    • Heart conditions or blood thinners

  • It is your responsibility to inform me if your medical status changes at any time before your appointment.

Clinic Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • I kindly ask that you attend alone. Children or additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room or waiting area.

  • Please silence your phone during the treatment to avoid distractions and to help me maintain full concentration on your brows.

Photography & Data Protection

  • Photos will be taken before and after treatment for insurance purposes.

  • With your consent, photos or videos may also be used for marketing and social media. You can opt out of this on your consent form.

  • I respect your privacy. Any personal information you share is used solely for providing safe and professional service. Your data will never be shared with third parties. A full privacy policy is available on request.
